BEST EVER Healthy Snacks from Trader Joe's

Although you might not do the grocery shopping in your family, these snacks are worth picking up from your local Trader Joe's. We're spending a lot of time at home now so these snacks are the perfect pick me up when you really don't feel like cooking. Personally, when it comes to snacking, I like to mix it up with sweet and savory flavors. These snacks have something for everyone, whatever your preferences are.


The very green smoothie is seriously one of the best bottled smoothies I've every had. Its packed with fresh mango and apple flavor and you can't even taste the green! This is a great option for anyone who wants to eat healthier, or just doesn't have time to blend smoothies, because it is made with 100% juice and real foods!


This coconut granola bark is the best snack for anyone that loves granola or dark chocolate. There is a layer of crunchy granola with dark chocolate and coconut on top to create a delicious chocolaty combination. On top of that, its gluten free! I love this bark so much and have been trying to find a way to make it at home because I keep running out!


Honestly, I'm not a big trail mix person but this one won me over. It has a great sweet and salty blend of almonds, apricots, chickpeas, sour cherries, and pistachios. This is also a great healthy option! My only complaint is that the chickpeas are a little bland, but other than that, this is super yummy for anyone who likes a good trail mix.


I'm not a big fan of spicy chips like Taki's or Hot Cheetos but these Chili & Lime flavored corn chips are so good! They are a healthier option to Taki's and should seriously be picked up on your next Trader Joe's run. They are super crunchy and tangy for anyone who loves some spice!


The peanut butter chocolate chip GOMACRO bar. The holy grail of protein bars. This is my personal favorite of all the snacks and for a good reason. Not only is this bar organic, vegan, and gluten free, its also raw! That means it is made with only un-processed, whole foods. It doesn't have that usual grainy, heavy protein bar texture or flavor. This bar is perfect for athletes and really anyone that likes the chocolate and peanut butter combination. It's super good to grab and go.


I feel like we all had a version of this when we were younger but the Trader Joe's brand is defiantly the best. They are super good on their own but also really good dipped in hummus or the everything bagel yogurt dip. Its a a great combination of sweet and salty.


This veggie chip and hummus combination is such a good way to get your veggies in. Not to mention, its super easy to put together. These chips are almost identical to the Terra vegetable chips at Ralph's. However, this hummus is unmatched. Overall, these two together are a super good snack for a student in online school or anyone who wants to up their healthy snack game.



Is freeze dried fruit even a question? This pack of freeze dried strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are such a good snack if you love fruit. I also recommend the dehydrated mango! I literally eat an entire bag of these in one sitting, so good.


For me, this one is more in the dessert category but still makes for a good snack for anyone with a sweet tooth. These "Scandinavian Swimmers" gummies are such a good alternative to the ordinary Haribo gummy bears. Plus, they are in better shapes.

Again, another one more in the dessert category, but nevertheless delicious! These dark chocolate peanut butter cups initiated my love for dark chocolate. I used to love Reese's peanut butter cups.... but these ones are 10 times better. The rich dark chocolate paired with the creamy (non processed) peanut butter in the center make for a delicious combo for all of my chocolate lovers.
