9 of My Go-To Smoothie Recipes

I consider myself a smoothie expert. Smoothies hold a special place in my heart because they are so versatile. They are so nutritious and give you so many essential vitamins in one glass. If you are craving a sweet but healthy snack, smoothies are great! I know this is a little bit of a stretch, but if you like sugary drinks such as coffee or frappuccinos, smoothies are a great alternative. You can pack in a ton of veggies and protein into smoothies without having it taste like a protein shake or straight up kale.

Some smoothie recipes involve some crazy ingredients like protien powder, spirulina and other superfood powders. Don't get me wrong, I love putting those things in smoothies but it isnt always realistic for everyone. I have been experimenting with a tonnnn of simple smoothie recipes and here are my favorites!

Side Note: for all of these recipes, you throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
